Mother nature is calling us home all the time, and during the peri-menopausal to post-menopausal journey, mother nature calls women closer to learn about this important time in life and pay closer attention to the web of life and your place in it.
In Your Element connects to Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Spirit and opens your unique blueprint via the Akashic Records and the maps created when we are born to get you grounded on your unique path in life during “the big change”.
You will be supported in learning and healing and moving forward in inspiring ways.
1:1 Soul Companioning
The richest and most robust way to move forward comes with personal attention and custom support over weeks and months of connection. This type of attention is critical when navigating life changes, loss, and confusion - especially when the soul is waking you up to your future as the leader of your own life as you enter your midlife initiation that starts around 35. You don’t have to have a crisis and it’s critical to align to your personal inner north star that says “here, come this way”.
With ongoing mentoring held in deep and private sacred space, you receive all the tools in my bag of experience and training. This includes working with the elements of nature, your Akashic Records, psycho-spiritual and compassionate inquiry, astrology, numerology, inner child and family of origin counselling, spiritual inquiry, aligning to nature’s rhythms and cycles, working with universal laws, energy medicine practices, spirit animal connection, reflection-contemplation-meditation practices, dreamwork, oracle and tarot work, and more.

Visio Divina Portraits
& Custom Sacred Art
Visio Divina is Latin for “divine gazing,” a meditative practice that accesses our deepest intuition and inner knowing by mirroring truth and wisdom.
Using an image of you, I will create a multi-media portrait and art piece with instructions for divine gazing into your essence and personal truth, with prompts you can use for reflection and getting clear.
Visio Divina can also be applied to the custom art pieces I make from things found in nature, like stones, flowers, shells, twigs, sand and more. Each piece is made especially for you.
On their own, these unique pieces are colourful folk art; as visio divina tools, they are a deep dive to your truest knowing and inner peace.
